Illolin Da Rashin Isasshen Barci Ke Haifarwa Ga Lafiyar Mutum

Mutum na iya kauce ma  duk wani al’amarin da yake dangantaka da barci, to amma fa wani abin daban shi ne idan aka cigaba da tafiya kamar hakan, zuwa wani lokaci abin yana iya haifar da, ko kuma sanadiyar kamuwa da cutar tabin hankali da zai iya saka mu bacci na dan wani lokaci.

Wani lokacin ma har  matsalar ta kan kai ga mutuwa, kamar dai yadda wani bincike wanda ya nuna a sanadiyar hakan mutane na iya fara nuna wadansu dabi’u wadanda kuma na iya nuna cewar sun hadu da matsala. 

Rayuwar al’umma tana cike ne da wasu abubuwan da suke rikirkita masu al’amura, bama kamar ma idan sun kai cimma wasu shekaru. To sai dai idan ana maganar abubuwan da suke ɗaukar lokaci, to akwai abin da ya sha gaban duk waɗannan, wanda kuwa wannan abu shi ne barci.

1. Ɗimaucewa, a wani lokaci hadari sai ya riski mutumin ba tare da ya ankara. 
2. Haka kuma suna afkawa cikin matsalar ciwon hawan jini.
3. Ciwon bugun zuciya.
4. Ciwon asma.
5. Cutar kansa. 
6. Ciwon koda.
7. Ciwon sikari da dai  sauransu. 

To, sai dai fa duk waɗannan matsalolin da rashin barci ke haifarwa, ba sa kasancewa, suna kaucewa idan mutum ya samu isasshen barci. Idan ma akwai illa da hakan ke haifarwa, ta na gushewa daga baya. A cewar Farfesa Jerome Siegel, na sashen kula da barci na jami’ar California.
