Ko Yakamata Maras Lafiya Ya Motsa Jiki?

Ko shakka babu motsa jiki muhimmin wani abu ne, domin ya na taimakawa wajen warware jijiyar jikin dan adam, baya ga kara tallafa ma garguwan jiki. To, amsar wannan tambaya dai ita ce wannan ya danganta ne da irin tsananin cutar da ta ke damuwar mutum. Likitoci na ba da shawarar kar a yi motsa jiki don jikin kai maras lafiyar ka samu kuzari. Amma a cikin irin wannan halin maimakon a samu lafiya sai kuma jiki ya sake rikirkicewa.
Saboda haka idan kana fama da irin waɗannan cututtuka kana bukatar yin hutu ne don samar ma  jiki lafiya, domin hutun zai sanya garkuwan jiki su yi fada da waɗannan cututtukan da suke damuwar jikin maras lafiyar, da ma wasu masu kokarin samun mafaka. Kuma ko da kana da kuzarinka wanda zai baka damar iya fita, yana da kyau ka yi la’akari da irin kayan da ake amfani da su wajen shi motsa jikin, don gudun kamuwa da wasu cututtuka ko wasu su kamu da cutar da take damun ka.
